Action Jackson Foundations Workshop
A hoop lesson incorporates all skill levels mainly for beginners with the primary focus being on and off body hooping while incorporating ones own personal sense of dance through-out by helping you have fun and let the flow come.
Classes structured as follow:
Adult Class
30 minute class 1 hour class
Free flow/Group Stretching (with music) 5 minutes 10 minutes
Movin’ & Groovin’ - On/Off Body Hooping 10 minutes 20 minutes
Free flow - tips & one-on-one instruction 5 minutes 10 minutes
Incorporating Dance into your flow 10 minutes 20 minutes
Kids Classes
30 minute class 1 hour class

ALL HOOPS WILL BE PROVIDED Adult hoops are 35” & Kids hoops are 33”, both beginner sizes for each
